We want you to love your jewelry purchase! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry product please feel free to return it to us.
Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on a copy of the receipt you received with your purchase. Drop your package in the U.S. Mail in a padded envelope.
Please do not send the package COD, as we do not accept returns shipped COD. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement with 1 billing cycle.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will also reimburse your postage fees up to $7.99.
* Special Orders: If you feel you would like to have your piece lengthened or shortened please call us to arrange for the changes. You would need to send it to us or better yet call your order in so it can be done especially for you. There will be an additional charge for lengthening at an average rate of $5 per 2 inches added per strand.. Jewelry shortened will be done at a $3 flat rate. Wrist measurements are mandatory in order to lengthen or shorten any bracelet.
